All our motors are wound using CNC machines.

All our motors are equipped with built-in thermistors (heat protectors) to provide enhanced thermal protection and improve operational reliability.

All our motors are protected using the Vacuum Pressure Impregnation (VPI) varnishing system, followed by a controlled oven baking (heat curing) process to ensure superior insulation, enhanced thermal performance, and longer motor life.

Unlike conventional PVC lead wires, our every Motor is fitted with premium PTFE (Teflon) insulated lead wires from the stator winding to the terminal box. This ensures enhanced electrical safety, superior heat resistance, and long-term reliability under continuous vibration and heavy-duty crane operations.

All Our motor bodies are No-Bake Casting and terminal boxes are aluminum.

Please do the wiring in the motor’s 2-pin connector as per the given diagram. The warranty will be valid only if the wiring is done accordingly.

* For all motors of 7.5 HP and above, wiring as per this diagram is mandatory.

* In motors below 7.5 HP, this wiring is not required, as the motors are internally wired.
